I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate from Swedish Institute of Health and Sciences in New York City, Class of 2011. Prior to massage I worked in the Finance Industry but my true core has always been rooted in a more holistic and creative setting.

I thrive in practicing all the healing aspects massage therapy has to offer. I am a true believer that it is important to treat the person as a whole. I also know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, therefore I apply a mixture of modalities from my training and experience. I ensure to make each session, most importantly, client centered. It gives me great pleasure to educate my clients on health and wellness so that each individual can follow up with the necessary and proper holistic tools to maintain an overall balance in life.

My practice combines the following modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release,  Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Pre-Natal and Reflexology along with the relaxation aspects that can be implemented in each session.
